Focus on Life - Week 29

This week's prompt is Routine.

Ah, the daily routine - good and bad...

The good is definitely my one cup of real, full-roast coffee - there is no finer way to start the day...

My favourite is definitely the chocolate raspberry blend my dear friend sends from Santa Barbara, which I mix with fairtrade Columbian - I like my coffee smooth and delicately flavoured :)

Then, for the rest of the day I drink several pints of this...

The ice is a must, given the heatwave gripping the UK at the moment! It really is soooo refreshing, especially with lemon...

Now, I'm hopping over to Sally's Studio Sublime to learn all your daily routines...

Keep cool till next week xxx

Chocolate raspberry coffee sounds divine! Perhaps I'd drink more water if I put a slice of lemon in it - it looks very tempting in your photo, especially in this heat!

The US is in a big heat wave also. Your photos of the glass of water are grey.

I love the smell of coffee in the morning but never developed a love for the drink itself. Your lemon water looks very refreshing!

Oh, coffee and chocolate, my 2 favorite passions. I'll be over for a cup of your brew, OK? I can bring the chocolate!

It's hot here too. I am a water drinker. I don't do coffee or pop but I do lots of water. It looks really refreshing with the lemon in it.

I didn't realize you all were having the heat wave like us. I think the whole earth is just one big furnace. Scary actually.

Anyway - great routine and that last photo makes me thirsty. : )
